Joyce Lafrance (Lee-Mealor) passed away peacefully on November 29, 2021, in her 94th year in Gananoque, Ontario. Beloved wife of the late Roger Lafrance and pre deceased by her sisters, Lillian Lelievre (Joseph) and Dorothy McGuigan (Bernard). Much loved aunt to Sunny and Nelson Cave, Cheryl and the late Edward McWilliam, Carolyn and David McCready and Peter and Susan McGuigan. Loving great aunt to Derek (Coline) McWilliam, Darryl (Kim) McWilliam, Melissa (Eric) McCready and Ryan McGuigan. Dear great great aunt to Madeline, Owen, Meagan, Lauren, David and Emily. Joyce was a devoted animal lover and enjoyed and nurtured her many dogs and horses over the years. She especially loved to be together with her family and her kind, caring nature was appreciated by all. Joyce will be missed and fondly remembered. Our family would like to express a special thank you to the staff at Fox Run By The River Residence, for their care and support for Joyce. Funeral will be held on Friday, December 3, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Barclay Funeral Home - 1033 Prince Street, Lansdowne, Ontario with internment at Union Cemetery.
