Entered into rest peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Saturday January 22, 2022. Ronald P. Hayward of Brockville aged 85 years. Beloved husband of Dorothy (nee Latham), proud father of Jeffrey (Angela) of Ottawa, Anne Gauthier (Mike) of Toronto and Scott (Darby) of Brockville. Loving Grandpa of Megan (Kyle Ogilvy), Lydia McKnight (Scott), Kristen, Jaden, Maggie, Theron and his grand~puppy Milo. Ron is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family. Predeceased by his parents Ronald and Louise (nee Eaton) and a sister at birth Doris. A Memorial Visitation of Ron’s Life will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Saturday February 5, 2022 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Interment will be held at a later date at Oakland Cemetery. In memory of Ron, donations to the Brockville and District Palliative Care Telethon or CHEO would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
