Kenneth John Arthur was born in Quebec City on December 2, 1929, to Richard William Arthur and Mary Elizabeth Sophie Arthur (Escott). He died peacefully on February 8, 2022 in his 93rd year at the Wedgewood Retirement Residence, Brockville. He was predeceased by his brother, Richard William Arthur and his wife of almost 30 years, Eileen Arthur (Runions) (October 29, 1929 – March 26, 2016 ). He is survived by 4-Nieces, 3-Nephews, 6-Great Nieces, 9-Great Nephews, 7-Great Great Nieces and 6-Great Great Nephews. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday February 12, 2022 at 1:30 in the afternoon, at Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville, Ontario. The Rev. Canon P. Michael Read – officiating.
