Bob Willis was a true friend and family man. He could fix most anything and was always willing to lend a hand. We enjoyed his company and dry humor. We built our cottage in ’04 after many trips before to Home Depot but overlooked the need of a fireplace mantel. As mortar set, Bob arrived with a gift of pine; cut, split, and debarked to fit perfectly, in the nick of time. It was the first of many Bob-saves-the-day. He will be greatly missed.
