Peacefully at his residence on Tuesday March 25, 2008. Frederick David Rice of Brockville age 68 years. Beloved husband of the former Debra Thibeault. Dear father of Geoffrey Rice and his wife Joko of Tokyo, Greg Rice and his wife Catherine of Toronto, and their mother June Rice of Maitland. Survived by step-sons Brandon Laframboise and his wife Lise of Finch and Joshua Laframboise and his wife Kasey of Cornwall, Loving grandfather of Sarah and Megan Anderson, Maryn Rice, Alan and Candace Albanese, Ashley, Jordan and Hayden Laframboise. Predeceased by his parents Rev. Frederick Rice and his wife Evelyn Bowes Rice, a stepdaughter Erin Laframboise and a brother Alfred Rice. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 7-9 p.m., Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday March 29, 2008 at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery, Perth. In lieu of flowers, in memoriams to the Family and Children's Services for Leeds and Grenville wouldbe gratefully acknowledged by the family.
