A graduate of Ottawa Civic and Ottawa University she spent over 30 years in the nursing field receiving many accolades for care given. She leaves 2 sons Mark (Natalie), Bradley and a grandson Daniel, sisters Ruth and Lois. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Mary Rollins, husbands David Stewart and Ron Seely, 2 brothers and 6 sisters. By Irene’s request, a Private Family interment will take place at Iroquois Point Cemetery at a later date. In memory of Irene, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
