Entered into rest at his residence on Sunday January 27, 2008, George Lawrence Martin of Brockville, age 70 years. Husband to Gwen Martin (Pinel). Father to Bob Martin of London, Diana Bouchard (Yves) of Brockville, Lora Telfer (nee Martin) of London, Bill Martin (Cristinea) and John Martin all of Brockville, also survived by seven grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Fredrick and Esther Martin (nee O'Donahue) and a son Jim Martin. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Wednesday January 30, 2008 at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to Operation Harvest Sharing would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
