It is with deeply saddened hearts that the family of Judy Newell (nee Tedford) announces her sudden passing on May 19, 2022, at Queensway Carleton Hospital. Beloved wife of Terry Newell for 43 years. Loving mother of Gregory and Curtis. Cherished sister of Brenda Arrowsmith (Dennis deceased) and sister-in-law to Marie Modler (Neil) and Elaine Dwyre (Larry deceased). She is predeceased by her parents Kenneth and Nita “Ticky” Tedford (nee Bishop). Judy was raised in Lansdowne, before she moved to Mississauga, and Raleigh, North Carolina before they settled in Kanata. A private family Celebration of Judy’s Life will take place at the Barclay Funeral Home, Lansdowne. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society, would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
