Obituary of Viola Phoebe Fox

Peacefully at Brockville General hospital on September 19th in her 91st year. Vi was a beautiful soul, kind to everyone she met. Her family will miss her dearly, but her love will live on in the many memories we shared with her.  Born in Nova Scotia to Mildred and Gordon Schofield.

Viola worked at RCA Victor Prescott for 13 years, Compass Brockville for 3 years. She loved country music, and her favourites were Conway Twitty and Charlie Pride.

She is predeceased by her parents Mildred and Gordon, husband Murray Langille and Harry Fox, and her sister Ruth Eye. Left to remember Vi are her loving children Dean Langille, Dennis Langille and Donna McGarr (Cheryl Forbes); daughter in law Monique Langille; cherished grandchildren Jenny Langille, Danny Langille, Natalie Langille, Chantal Langille (Marcel) and Megan Valdron (Ryan) and seven great grandchildren; and siblings Irwin, Harry (Doris), Joyce and David (Donna).

Cremation has taken place. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society are appreciated.
