Obituary of Doris Irene Sabourin

Entered into rest at Brockville General Hospital on Thursday January 19, 2023. Doris Irene Sabourin of Brockville age 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Sabourin. Dear mother of David Sabourin (Marie Belanger) and John Sabourin (Darlene). Loving grandmother of Michelle FitzGibbon (Aaron), Nicole Box (Greg), Stephanie Spencer (Matt), Aaron, Carley and Jonathan Sabourin (Tiffany Jones). Cherished great grandmother of Joshua, Kelci, Aubrey, Tegan, Adelyn, Emersyn, Secora, Piper and Isabella. Doris is also survived by her siblings Glenna Dent, Gerald Cross and Shirley Jokinen. Predeceased by her parents John and Edna (Edgley) Cross, brother Howard Cross.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Thursday January 26, 2023 from 12 p.m. – 12:45 p.m. the Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 1 p.m. A private family interment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
