Obituary of William Lloyd Lombard

It’s with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of William (Bill) Lombard on March 29th 2023 at the Kingston General Hospital. Born on March 21, 1955, in Brockville, ON. Loving husband of Marcia Lombard (Billings), devoted father of Melissa Lombard, Stepfather of Mark, Shawn (Gillian) and Dayna Kenney, Richard Raas and Laura Deck. Cherished grandfather of Darva Carswell, Riya and Sage Kenney and special “Papa Bill” to Brandon Raymond. Sadly, missed by his sister Sue Lombard, stepmother Lois Lombard, stepbrothers Allen, John, Terry Johnston and stepsister Barbara Dougherty. Brother-in-law of Paul and Cheryl Billings. Also missed by several nieces and nephews. Dear son of the late Lloyd and Mary Lombard (Hailey). 

As per Bill’s request no funeral service or visitation will occur. The family would like to thank the medical staff at the Brockville General Hospital and the Kingston Neurological Department and ICU.
