Obituary of Sharon Adele Kruize
Sharon Adele Kruize (nee Brennan) of Brockville aged 74 years entered into eternal rest at the Kingston General Hospital on Tuesday June 6th, 2023. Loving Mother of Angie Kruize of Brockville and Steven (Melissa) of Mallorytown. Cherished grandmother of Wyatt. Beloved sister of Bonnie Racine (J.C.) and Lisa Gordon (Tim Harper). Sharon is also survived by sister-in-law Nancy Brennan as well as nieces Natasha and Amber, nephew Chris, great niece Felize and her fur grandbabies Meg, Hawk, and Arrow. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Shirley (nee Kinnear) Brennan and brothers Dwayne and Alan Brennan.
Sharon loved her family with every ounce of her being. Her proudest accomplishments were her children with whom she shared an unbreakable bond. After retiring, Sharon soon became a grandmother. This role was her greatest joy. She gave everything to “the love of her life” Wyatt who loved her back equally. She found great happiness spending time with her loved ones, creating memories that most would envy. Sharon will be remembered for her honest advice and words of wisdom, attentive listening ear, fierce loyalty, and incomparable sense of humour that stayed with her until the end. She was a friend to many and respected by all who knew her.
As per Sharon’s request there will be no public visitation or service. In lieu of flowers Sharon would hope that you would do an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness in her name. Hug your mother. Tell her you’re the person you are because of her. Be the best parent you can be for your children. Show up for a friend in need. Offer a listening ear. Sharon was a cheerleader to many. If she loved you, you knew it. “Period”.
