Entered into rest at Brockville General Hospital on Friday August 18, 2023. Robert “Bob” Burns of Brockville, aged 89 years. Loving husband for 64 years of Joan Burns (nee Helmer). Cherished and respected father of Roberta and her husband Al Peters, Kim and her husband Keith McCrae. Treasured grandfather of Emily and her husband Seth Eden, Robert Alec Peters and Tyler Robert Douglas McCrae. Brother-in law of Carol and Merle Donnelly. Bob was predeceased by his parents Gerald and Eva Burns (nee Erwin) and his siblings. 

A Graveside Service will take place on Tuesday August 22, 2023 at 11:00 am at Bissell Cemetery on Algonquin Road with reception to follow at the Algonquin Library, 4500 County Road 15, RR2, Brockville.
