Obituary of Jennifer Lynn Labelle

In Loving Memory of Jennifer Labelle (Willie)

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jennifer Labelle, a remarkable woman whose lasting mark on the world will forever resonate in the lives she touched. Jennifer departed this world on Wednesday, August 30, surrounded by her loving family and friends. Her legacy as a pioneering paramedic, devoted mother, and passionate horse lover will continue to inspire and uplift us all.

Born on June 10, 1963, Jennifer's journey through life was characterized by courage, compassion, and an unyielding determination to follow her own path. Undeterred by challenges and stereotypes, Jennifer fearlessly blazed a trail as a female paramedic and then retrained as a nurse. Her dedication to helping others, combined with her empathy and unwavering commitment, earned her the respect and admiration of everyone she met.

Outside her noble profession, Jennifer found immense joy as a mother to her two beloved children, Kevin and Brian. She also leaves behind two sisters, Elizabeth Bevan and Andrea Willie, and her mother, Louise Willie

Amid her busy life, Jennifer discovered solace and serenity in the presence of horses. Jennifer defined bliss as being under the stars with her horses. Her passion for these animals reflected her spirit – untamed, free, yet gentle and nurturing.

Jennifer's memory will forever be cherished by her children, family, friends, colleagues, and all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her.

We extend our gratitude to all who supported Jennifer on this journey.  Your presence and encouragement meant the world to her.

A celebration of Jennifer's life will be held at a later date, where friends and family will gather to share stories, remember her remarkable journey, and find solace in each other's company as they mourn the loss and celebrate the life of an extraordinary woman.
