Obituary of Bud Smith

Passed away on Monday September 11^th, 2023 at the Brockville General Hospital. Bud Smith of Brockville and formerly of Elizabethtown aged 90 years.

Beloved husband of the late Thelma Christena Smith. Loving father of Sue Brugma (Henry) of Brockville. Cherished Papa of Chelsea Brugma (Zach MacGillivray) and Liam Brugma (Caitlyn); and Great Papa of Seth, Caleb, Mira, William and Jocelyn. Dear son of the late Earl and Reta (Sweeney) Smith; brother of the late Peggy Smith and Sally (the late Elmer) Towe. Survived by sister-in-law Betty-Jean Conklin and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received for visitation at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville, on Thursday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. The Lyn Masonic Lodge No. 416 A.F. & A.M. will hold a Memorial Service at the Funeral Home on Thursday at 8:00 p.m. all sister lodges are invited to attend. The Funeral Service to celebrate Bud’s Life will be held in the Chapel on Friday September 15^th, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Oakland Cemetery, Brockville.
