Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Friday March 14, 2008, at the age of 75 years. Dear father of Dolores (Dolly) and her husband John Henderson of Brockville and Diane and her husband Greg Moore of Odessa. Proud grandfather to Brad and Laura Henderson and Spencer and Mallory Moore. Brother of Arthur of Brockville, Donald of Rochester NY, and Allan (Shirley) of Brockville. Sadly missed by dear friend Brenda Benoit and her son Joe. Predeceased by his parents Helen (Alcock) and Omer Bissonnette, and sisters Beatrice and Dorothy and brothers Ernest and Robert. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday March 19, 2008 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens. In memoriams to the CNIB would be gratefully acknowledged by the family. The Royal Canadian Legion Branch 96 will hold a Memorial Service Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home. The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the nurses and staff at the Brockville General Hospital (1st Floor East) for the compassionate care and support during John's stay at the hospital.
