Obituary of Marg Benoit

Promoted to Glory at the Brockville General Hospital, Palliative Care on Wednesday May 22, 2024. Margaret Bernadette Benoit (nee Larocque) of Brockville aged 80 years. Beloved mother of Rick Benoit, wife Sherry and Christine Benoit-Cordeiro, husband Blair both of Brockville. Proud grandmother of Taylor and Nicholas Benoit and Ashley Collins-Cordeiro. Also survived by siblings Gladys, Helen, Debbie, Michael and Keith as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a grandson Ryan Benoit, her special friend Richard Benoit, her parents John and Bernadette (nee Rushlow) Larocque and brothers Wayne, Russell and Ray.

Family and friends will be received for visitation at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street E., Brockville on Monday 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m.  The Liturgy of the Christian Funeral will be celebrated at St. Francis Xavier Church, 66 Church St., Brockville on Tuesday May 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. In memory of Marg donations to the Brockville and District Hospital Foundation Palliative Care would be greatly appreciated by the family.  Messages of condolence may be sent online at ​www.barclayfuneralhome.com​.
