Sorry for your loss Robin and Family. I remember Troy from when we were very young 5 years old and on as we grew up going to School and playing in some areas of the Bartholomew Apartments. Whether it was skating on the field ice playing pickup hockey or baseball and probably the odd cheering on a fight amongst kids lol Troy was always sure to return a Hi back when you said Hi on the Street or in a Store.
