Obituary of Craig William Armstrong

On Monday, June 24^th 2024, Craig William Armstrong peacefully passed away into the arms of Jesus with his family and friends by his side.

Craig was born July 13^th, 1940 in Brockville ON to the parents of the late Alec and late Elizabeth Armstrong.  Brother to the late Mary Lou (Armstrong) & late Ernie Campbell, and Irene (Armstrong) Crowder.

Father of Doreen Armstrong, Janet (Armstrong) Legg, and Linda (Armstrong) Jose.

Grandfather, great grandfather, to several grandchildren, great grandchildren and uncle to several nieces.

Sadly missed by Vivian Alguire, Paulette (Alguire) & Owen Kinmond, Paul & Teresa Alguire, Sharon (Alguire) & Steve Hoare and Sally (Alguire) & Brian Cross and family.

Craig was a researcher, writer, author, mentor, and business owner who played a significant role in the lives of many.  His love for his heavenly father was evident in his work, communications, and relationships. Craig last wishes were that those closest to him would come to know Jesus and surrender their lives to Him, so we could all be together in heaven.

To many he was known as CWAJA or the hat man, as Craig loved to walk in downtown area of Brockville, especially around Block House Island.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 26th^, 2024 with a Wake at 10:00 am and Funeral at 11:00 am, Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E. Brockville, ON, Interment at Lyn Cemetery followed by a Reception at Centennial Road Church, 3545 County 27, Lyn, ON.
