Obituary of Donald Boyd
Peacefully on July 21st, 2024 in his 84th year. Don grew up in Aliquippa, Pennsylvania loving son of the late George and Rose (Healey) Boyd. Beloved husband of Marlene (Garvin). Dear father of Janet (Doug Jenkins) and Jennifer Boyd. Proud and loving grandfather of Jenna, Abigail and Kate. Survived by his sisters Gail Maleski (late Bill), Joyce McMillen (Jack). Fondly remembered by the Garvin family, his aunts and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his sister Cheryl Sylvester (Bob) and his nephews Kurt and Shawn McMillen. Special thanks to Dr. Steacie, Dr. Dufour, Mary Hungerford and the compassionate staff at St Lawrence Lodge.
Family and Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St., E., Brockville on Sunday July 28th, 2024 from 2 – 4 p.m. Liturgy of Christian Funeral will be celebrated on Monday July 29th, 2024, at 10:00a.m. at St. John Bosco Parish, with interment at St. Philip Neri Cemetery.
