Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, on Saturday October 26, 2024. George Lorne Burns of Lansdowne, age 87 years. Beloved husband of Connie (Foley) Burns, Loving father of Susan Jonker and Heather Shane (Bill). Cherished grandfather of Olivia Jonker, Crystal and Taylor Shane. George is survived by his siblings Marilyn McDougal, Donald Burns (Pat), Joan Burns and Garry Burns (Alice) and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Taylor and Emily (Grier) Burns.
