Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Thursday October 18th, 2007. Noel Gilbert Allan of Brockville, aged 75 years. Beloved husband of the former Marlene Sargeant. Dear father of Ted Allan and his wife Annie and Cathy Shepherd and her husband Paul all of Brockville. Loving Papa of Sean and Brandon Allan, Travis and Meredith Shepherd and Thomas and Sonia Szeto. Survived by a daughter-in-law Barbara Allan. Brother of Gary Allan (Nancy) of Brockville, Bud Allan (Mary Alice) of Prescott, Bob Allan (Donna) of Brockville, Bonnie Allan of Ogdensburg and Eileen Allan of Ottawa. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents George Allan and his wife Maude McCaslin Allan, brothers George, Ron, Adrian and Stephen and sisters Lillian, Isabella, Dorothy and Catherine. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday October 22nd, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at a later date.
