Passed away peacefully at Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Thursday October 11th, 2007 aged 70 years. Dear father of Nancy Lavier and her husband Elmer, Ronnie Stepan all of Brockville, John McDade and his wife Angela of England, Sherrie Byers of Brockville, Timmy McDade, Sherrie McDade all of New Bruinswick and Donald McDade of of Amherstville. Step-father of Julie Hitsman, Steacie Birtch, Tammy Botelho and Joanne Burket. Also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren as well as a brother Pat McDade and his wife sheila of R.R. # 4 Brockville and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents John McDade and his wife Dorothy May Fraser McDade and sisters Corinne Latimer, Phyllis Empey and Nancy Jean Lloyd. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Saturday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Private Family Service will be held in the Chapel. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville at a later date. In memoriams to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes association would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
