Entered into rest peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street site on Saturday May 26, 2007. Dennis Hase was born in Brockville on April 13, 1935. He was the son of Charles and Kate Hase. He has three sisters who survive; Cathy Andress (Bill) of Smiths Falls, Diane Haig (Bill) of Kars and Margaret Lawson (Martin) of Alliston. He married Marian Hyland of Kars on September5, 1959, who survives. They have three children; Linda Lacroix (Alain) of Ottawa, Steven Hase of Ottawa and Sheila Richardson of Ottawa and her children Lindsay, Neville and Joey Renaud. He is remembered by his sister and brother-in-law June and Wendell Brassard. He is also remembered by his longtime dear friend Marion "Mum" Barkley. A special thank you to Don Wall and his family who were very supportive and caring friends. all who cared for Dennis at both sites of the Brockville General Hospital are thanked. A Memorial Service for Dennis will be held on Wednesday May 30, 2007 at 1 p.m. at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery. In memoriams to the Leeds and Grenville Rehabilitation and Counseling Services would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
