On July 22, 2007 after a lengthly illness, Bill passed away in the early morning hours at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street site, at the age of 67 years. Beloved husband of Barbara Hemelaar of Brockville. Survived by a daughter Tammy Dunnett of Brockville and a son Lance Hemelaar (Kim) of Holland Landing. Grandfather of Billy of Texas, Skye, Barbie (Jimmy), Lissa, Eric, Ryan, Luke, Brianna, Brooklyn, Braeden, Lacey, T.J. and Kailey. Also survived by great-grandchildren Justice, Cameron, Raevyn, Kennedy, Ethan and MacKenzie, a brother Ted Hemelaar of Oshawa. Predeceased by a daughter Stacey Hemelaar and his parents John and Mary Hemelaar. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Tuesday July 24, 2007 from 2-4 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at 4 p.m. Interment will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers in memoriams to the Canadain Diabetes Association would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
