Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Tuesday March 27th, 2007. The former Irene Ruby Nevins of Brockville, aged 75 years. Beloved wife of the late Richard T. Kerton. Dearly loved mother of Sam Kerton (Linda) and Jim Kerton (Nova) both of British Columbia, Richard" Bud" Kerton (Ann) of Brockville, Kathy Bresnahan (Darcy) of Hamilton and Mary Evans (Jake) of British Columbia. Grandmother of 11 and great-grandmother of 3. Mrs. Kerton is survived by a brother Jake Nevins (Pat) of Calgary, sisters Mary Stuart and Margaret Ann Pearce, sisters-in-law Grace McAlonen and Margaret Kerton. Predeceased by her parents Sam and Margaret (Anderson) Nevins, brothers Stan, Norman, Bill and sisters-in-law Ethel Vaudrey and Barbara Nevins. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Thursday from2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be celebrated in the Chapel on Friday March 30th, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be held at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville at a later date.
