It is with great sadness, that Betsy Powers and Derek Shipman announce the passing of our infant son Riley Allan James Powers at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Thursday April 12, 2007. Riley is survived by his paternal grandparents Cathy and Douglas Shipman of Brockville and his maternal grandparents Joan and Allan Powers of Elgin. Also survived by by his paternal great-grandmother Vera Chappell and maternal great-grandparents Elmma Hanna and Josie Buzzell, as well as an uncle Brandon Shipman and several great-aunts, uncles and cousins. A private Family Service will be held in the Chapel of the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville. In memoriams to Canadian Diabetes Association would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
