Peacefully at Sherwood Park Manor, Brockville on Sunday May 20, 2007. Donald Robert Thompson of Brockville aged 98 years. Beloved husband of the late Margaret Thompson and Ethel Payne Thompson. Don is survived by dear friends Doug and Doreen Peacock of RR # 1 Lyn as well as his extended family in the Kingston and Metcalfe area. Predeceased by his parents Aden and Abella Wallace Thompson, a special dear friend Janet Bull Mowder, sisters Frances Thompson and Margaret Clark. At the request of Mr. Thompson there will be no visitation at the Funeral Home. A graveside service for Don will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens on Thursday May 24, 2007 at 11 a.m. In memoriams to the Salvation Army, Brockville would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
