Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital Charles Street Site on Wednesday January 17, 2007. The former Dora Evangeline Perkins of Brockville age 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Thomas (Tom) Henry Hoare. Dear mother of Laurence Hoare and his wife Janet of Sayward, BC, Clarence and his wife Helena of RR# 3 Brockville, Doreen Covey of Brockville, Jean Byers of Carleton Place, Charles Hoare and his wife Beatrice of Smiths Falls, Ron Hoare and his wife Carol of RR# 2 Lyn, Colleen Laidlaw of Brockville and Connie Martin and her husband Vernon of Mississauga. Loving grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Survived by a sister Eleanor Seabrooke of Frankville and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Burton Perkins and his wife Grace Rice Perkins, a daughter Donita Hoare, a granddaughter Janice Lawrie, three sisters Bessie, Elva, Alice and four brothers Lawrence, Jack, Kenneth and Doug. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday January 19, 2007 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
