Suddenly at the Brockville General Hospital, Charles Street Site on Tuesday October 31, 2006. Arnold Raymond Carter of North Augusta, age 60 years. Beloved husband of the former Ann Ralph. Dear father of Cathy Armstrong of Brockville and Terry Carter and his wife Terri Lyn of New Lowell. Loving grandfather of Jennifer and Shania Armstrong and Ben Carter. Also survived by sisters in law Mary Lou Hudson and Joan Alkerton (Bill) all of Toronto and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Alfred Carter and his wife Isabelle Snider Carter. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Srvice will be held in the Centennial Road Church o Saturday November 4, 2006 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
