WATSON, Basil William Peacefully entered into rest at Brockville General Hospital Charles St. Site, on Thursday March 12th, 2014, Basil Watson of Cardinal aged 91years. Beloved husband of Marjorie Algire Watson. Loving father of Faye Sandfuchs (Hermann), Rae (Shelly), Eric (Sue) and Kevin (Kelly) Watson, Lana Powell (Maurice) and the late Gloria and Owen Watson. Cherished grandfather of Steven, Roderick and Tracey Sandfuchs; Andrew, Ryan and Lacey Watson; Sonya Simard and Kara Lambert; Ethan Watson; and MacKenzie, Karri Ann and Kristina Powell; and great grandfather of 15. Dear brother of Colmer Watson and the late Winston and Earl Watson. Dear son of the late William and Verna (Ault) Watson. Also missed by sister-in-law Freda (Earl’s wife) and Theresa (Colmer’s wife) and many nieces and nephews. A private Family reception was held at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville. Interment at a later date. In memory of Basil donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
