Peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital on Thursday October 12, 2006. The Former Dorothy Louise Lillian Destromp of Addison (formerly of Mansonville, Quebec) aged 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Donald Blackwood Oliver. Dear mother of David Oliver and his wife Barbara of Mansonville, Quebec, Charlotte Oliver Hoy and her husband Robin of Addison, Ontario and Jeffrey Oliver and his wife Penny of Edmonton, Alberta. Loving grandmother of Jennifer Brownfield and her husband Jason, Erin Oliver and her husband Jean Francois, Kristopher K. Hoy, Megan Hoy and her fiance Shawn, Elizabeth Anne Oliver and Jeffrey Donald Oliver. Great-grandmother of Lindsay and Cody Brownfield. Also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her parents Arthur Alfred Destromp and his wife Winona Ermina (Astbury) Destromp, a sister Mildred Morey and brothers Kenneth and John Destromp. The Funeral Service for Mrs. Oliver will be held in the Mansonville Baptist Church on Wednesday October 18th, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the Mansonville Protestant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Mansonville Baptist Church or Owls Head Cemetery would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
