Peacefully at the St. Lawrence Lodge, Brockville with her family by her side on Thursday June 1st. 2006. The former Eliza Mary Fox of Maitland, aged 86 years. Beloved wife of the late Frank George Kirkland and Joseph Henry Reid. Dear Mother Of Glen Kirkland and his wife Shirley of Maitland, Reginald Kirkland and his wife Heather of Kingston, Charol Baker and her husband John of North Augusta, survived by a daughter -in-law Bev Kirkland of Maitland. Step-mother of Howard Reid and his wife Betty of Mallorytown and JoAnn Myers and her husband Donald of Brockville. Also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sister of Harry Fox(Vi) of Maitland , Charles Fox (Edna) of Prescott, Lucy Wing of RR#1, Brockville, Evelyn Plant (Edward) of RR#2 Brockville, Lula Rennick of Maitland and Bea Smith of Maitland. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents, Robert Fox and his wife Grace Barton Fox, a son Gordon Kirkland, 4 brothers Gordon, Jack, Elmer and Mansell and 3 sisters Margaret, Mildred and Hazel. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville on Sunday from 2-4 & 7-9. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Monday June 5th. 2006 at 11 a.m..
