Dear father of Susan Welch (Mark Janusz), Daniel Welch (Chris), Dennis (Terry), Michael (Darlene). Grandfather of Andrew, Tyler, Michelle, Jacob, Abbegaile, Patrick. Step-father of Donald Lafluer (Jessica). Mr. Welch is also survived by a sister Jean Kelley, a brother George Welch (Merla), a nephew Edward Welch, a dear friend Shirley Huntley and a very special companion Shtequila, as well a numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a grandson Thomas Welch, a brother Jack Welch and by two sisters Peggy Welch and Dorothy Welch. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East Brockville on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m and on Tuesday from 10 -11:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday July 18th at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Maitland.
