Peacefully at his residence with his wife, family and neighbours by his side on Sunday June 11, 2006. James (Jim) Wise of Brockville age 78 years. Beloved husband of the former Shirley R. Fulford, dear brother of Julia Miles of Montreal, John Wise and his wife Toots of Rawdon, Quebec, Joan Geary and her husband Jim of Algonquin, Bill Wise and his wife Sandy of Verdun. Also survived by a sister in law Jean Grenon of Hamilton as well as several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Harriet (Freeman) Wise, sisters Alice, Georgina and Helen, and brothers Charles, Peter, Christopher and Dick. Also predeceased by sisters in law Betty, Gerry, Pat and Nancy. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Tuesday June 13, 2006 from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. A Graveside Service will take place at Oakland Cemetery at a later date.
