Entered into rest at the Ottawa Heart Institute on Wednesday April 30, 2014, James Douglas Haggart of Brockville age 63 years, beloved husband of Peggy (Reid) Haggart. Jim will be sadly missed by his five children and his brothers and sisters. He was predeceased by his parents George and Alice (Guilboard) Haggart. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Tuesday May 6, 2014 from 1 -3 p.m. Interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery at a later date.
