Entered into rest at the Brockville General Hospital, Garden Street Site on Monday April 21, 2014. Glen Edward Kirkland of Maitland aged 75 years, beloved husband of the former Shirley Fenlong. Loving father of Michele Bowman (Rob) of Maitland, Angela Seecharan (Albert) of Virginia and Glenn “Butch” Kirkland of Alberta. Dear Grand-father of Kirk and Brooke Donovan, Joshua Kirkland, Alisha and Kiana Seecharan. Brother of Reg Kirkland (Heather) of Kingston and Charol Baker (John) of North Augusta. Also survived by a sister-in-law Bev Kirkland as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by his parents Frank and Eliza (Fox) Kirkland and a brother Gordon. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville, on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. and also on Saturday from 10-12noon. The Funeral Service will be held at St. James Anglican Church, Maitland on Saturday April 26, 2014 at 1p.m. Interment to follow at St. James Anglican Cemetery, Maitland.
