Entered into rest at the Brockville General hospital on Sunday August 27th. 2006. Fred Blanchard of Brockville aged 83 years. Beloved husband of the former Mary Elizabeth Jowett. Dear father of Calvin Blanchard of Maynard. Brother of Vera Black of Brockville and Glenn Blanchard and his wife Ruth of Perth. Mr. Blanchard is also survived by a sister- in- law Margaret Blanchard of Brockville as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Lewis and Gertrude (Davis) Blanchard, a brother Harold Blanchard and a stepson Paul Donovan. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday August 30th. 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Oakland Cemetery, Brockville at a later date. Sussex Lodge No. 5, Brockville will hold a Memorial Service Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. at the Funeral Home. All Sister Lodges are invited.
