Michael died in the comfort of his own home on the evening of March 29. After four years of living with an aggressive sarcoma, he passed away peacefully. He leaves his wife of 48 years, Christina, the love of his life, the rock he depended on. He will also be deeply missed by two daughters, Anna (Tim) and Jennifer and his grandchildren, Emma and Ethan, his brother Joseph (Joann) and their children Michael and Katie. A social gathering commemorating Michael will be held at Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. E., Brockville, on Saturday April 12th from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. with formal words to be shared at 3:00 p.m. Another reception to remember Michael will take place in Sweden where many friends and extended family reside. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kingston General Hospital cancer clinic or a cancer research centre of your choice.
