Peacefully at Wellington House Prescott on Thursday February 27th, 2014. The former Josephine Preston of Prescott aged 91 years. Beloved wife of the late Egbert Fretwell and is survived by her husband Mr. Austin Collett. Dear mother of Dale Fretwell (Denise) of Prescott and the late Joene Preston. Loving Grandmother of Carly Joe and Chad Fretwell. Mrs. Collett is survived by her step children JoAnn Collett of Nepean, Brent Collett (Karen) of Brockville and Judy Burns (Steve) of Ottawa and step-grandchildren David and Matthew Burns, Leah, Justin and Anna Collett, a sister-in-law Vi Preston of St. Lawrence Lodge as well as several nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents Bill and Josephine (Robishud) Preston and siblings Hilda Seeley, Korleen Ewart, Madeline Gentile, Ruth Fortier, Joseph Preston, Jerrold “Joe” Preston and Clifford Preston. Family and friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl Street East, Brockville on Monday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday March 4, 2013 at 11:00 am.
