Died to this world at the Brockville General Hospital in the early morning of Tuesday July 12, 2005. Following a diagnosis of leukemia in December 2004, John's last months were filled with pain but also great love and happiness. Survived by daughter Shannon; wife Elaine Gray; parents Bob and Kathy; siblings and step-siblings Jeannie, Ian, Robyn, Sheila, Steve, Julie; their spouses and children; and in-laws Dean and Hank. Predeceased by his natural mother Anne. Visitation at Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville, Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Family and friends are invited to a service of thanksgiving for John's life, which wil be held at Christ United Church in Lyn this Friday at 3 p.m. The family requests no flowers. Donations to "Little Angels' Fund" Ottawa Hospitals will be gratefully acknowledged.
