Obituary of A. James Phillips
Phillips, A. James D.F.C. on Friday April 15, 2005 at the Brockville General Hospital. Interment was in the McNeil-Phillips Plot at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Toronto. Mr. Phillips served overseas with the R.C.A.F. (R.A.F. Squadron # 220) during World War II. He had been in and out of residence in Brockville, Ontario since 1950 and became a permanent resident of Brockville in January 1980. He was a member of the Princeton Club of New York City, NY, the Rideau Club, Ottawa and Brockville Country Clubs. He retired as an Executive of Texaco Canada Inc. in December 1997 after serving the corporation for 33 years. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville.
