Entered into rest peacefully at the Brockville General Hospital with his family by his side on Monday January 17, 2005. Herbert Paul MacFarlane Walker of Brockville age 82 years. Beloved husband of the former Irene Elizabeth McNish. Dear father of Leonard Walker and his wife Mary of RR# 3 Athens, Shirley Champagne of Brockville, Joanne Bow and her husband Richard of Toledo, Carl Walker and his wife Susan of Lyn, Rosemary Foisy and her husband Douglas of Addison, Dale Walker and his wife Susan of Johnstown. Also survived by 23 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren, 4 sisters twin sister Pauline Eames, Florence Dadson and her husband Murray all of St.. Thomas, Bessie Closs of Cambridge, Gladys Walker of Winnipeg and a sister in law Helen Thompson of Thunder Bay. Predeceased by 2 sons Rodney and David Walker, a daughter Helen Pakenham and a brother Orville Thompson. Friends may call at the Barclay Funeral Home 137 Pearl St. East, Brockville on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and Friday from 9:30 - 11 a.m. The Funeral Service will be held in the Brockille Salvation Army Community Church on Friday January 21, 2005 at 1 p.m. Interment will follow at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
