It is with deep sadness that the family of Kathlean "Cassie" Christopher announce her death on January 31st. 2005. The former Kathlean Violet Anne Hayter of Brockville age 83 years. Beloved wife of Martin Christopher. Mother of Susan Hassan and her husband Sam. Grandmother of Alexander Martin, Lucas Robert and Jackie Rebecca (Adam). Great-Grandmother of Logan Assaf, and son Tom Christopher of Kamloops, B.C. Also survived by a sister Marion Everetts of Brockville as well as nieces and nephews Wendy, Judy , Jennifer ,Shirley, Terry , Kim, Heather and Barry. Predeceased by her parents Alfred and Alice Hayter, brothers Albert and James Hayter, a sister Sis Rummery and nephews James Hayter and Allan Everetts. Kassie had worked for many years at the Brockville General Hospital and was very active in the Anglican Church. Family and friends are invited to celebrate Cassie's life on Wednesday February 2nd at 2:00 p.m. at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl St. East. Interment will follow at Oakland Cemetery. In memoriams to the Hospice of Providence Palliative Care would be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
