Peacefully passed away at the Brockville General Hospital on Friday March 18th. 2005. The former Gertrude (Trudy) Elizabeth Jack. age 93 years. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Graham of 58 years. Survived by her loving daughter Deborah Hofer (Robert). Special Grandma of Michael, Heather and Diana. She will be remembered by her friends as a gentle and smiling friend. Special thanks to Viviana and Terry Morgan and their team of dedicated people. A Memorial Service will be held at the Barclay Funeral Home, 137 Pearl Street, East, Brockville on April 23rd. 2005 visitation from 1p.m. with the service at 2 p.m.in the chapel. Following the service a reception will be held at the funeral home. Interment will take place in Victoria BC, where she will be laid to rest next to her late husband , at a later date. At the family's request, they would appreciate in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Brockville General Hospital.
