I remember how I loved to be able to go to Canada and visit my family there. I don't remember my grandfather too much with the exception of him having little brick building blocks for us kids to play with and Chocolate marshmallow on a stick for us too. My grandma I remember more, she was a sweet person and we kind of butted heads we were both stubborn I guess. I remember my Uncle Donnie well, as kids we, myself, Terri, Suzanne and David were terrified of him when we were young. He had such a temper and literally roared lol. Then I went to visit when I was an adult and I found him to be such a sweet and gentle man, we joked that the lion had become a lamb. He was a good father, grandfather and so much more to those who had the pleasure to spend time with him. I remember how when he came down here to Florida to visit my mothers grave (his sister), that he was crying and I could see how much he loved her. Rest in Peace Uncle Donnie, I will think of you often and I will keep my memories of you. Say hi to my mom. Love, Your niece, Deborah L Cole
