Grief is the price of love, and I feel I have been paying that price all week. Each reprieve eventually usurped by a flood of tears and loss. Shirley Alice Rummery was the epitome of stoicism, a quiet, graceful, noble strength. I never heard her utter an unkind word or get angry or mean. She leaves this realm with a pristine heart.
