It is with great sadness we share that Willy passed away on February 23, 2022 at the Brockville General Hospital at the age of 66 years. Willy was born in Ottawa to Joan Harvison Bagnell (deceased) and Freeman Bagnell (deceased) on March 30, 1955. Willy was the beloved husband and best friend of Lorraine (Seale Lane) Bagnell; stepfather of Andrew Lane and Christopher Lane (Katie), and Grampy of Noah, Jake and Luke Lane. Dear brother of Karol Bagnell Thompson (Jim) and Ian Bagnell (Bre). Brother-in-law of Linda Lane (Tim) and Steve Seale (Lori). Uncle of David Thompson (Becky and baby Benjamin). Willy will be missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Celebration of Willy’s life will take place at the eQuinelle Golf Club, 140 Equinelle Drive, Kemptville on Saturday March 12, 2022, 4:00 -7:00 p.m. In memory of Willy, donations to the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre (Ottawa) or your local Alzheimer’s Society, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
